Chimiothérapie modérément émétisante/radiothérapie: i.v. immédiatement avant la thérapie ou 8 mg p.o. 1–2 h avant la thérapie, puis max. 8 mg toutes les 12 h pendant max. 5 j.
6 mois–17 ans
Chimiothérapie: jour 1 i.v.; jours 2+3(–5): >1,2 m2: 8 mg toutes les 8 h; 0,6–1,2 m2: 4 mg toutes les 8 h.
