Indications
Liquide de substitution, apport d'électrolytes et de glucose.
Posologie
>18 ans: 500–2500 ml/j. en perf. i.v., 1,5–3,5 ml/min, max. 250–500 ml/h.
Contre-indications
Hyperglycémie, hyperhydratation, oedèmes, déshydratation hypotonique, insuffisance cardiaque décompensée, insuffisance rénale, hyperkaliémie, hyperchlorémie, anurie, oligurie, insuffisance surrénale non traitée, déshydratation sévère, décompensation de l'équilibre acido-basique.
