Thérapie
Antitussifs/mucolytiques > Expectorants/mucolytiques > Acétylcystéine
Indications
Toux par refroidissement avec formation excessive de mucus.
Posologie
Dissoudre les gran./cp. eff. dans un verre d'eau froide ou chaude.
>12 ans: 600 mg/j. en 1 ou 3 prises.
2–12 ans: 100 mg 3×/j.
>12 ans: 600 mg/j. en 1 ou 3 prises.
2–12 ans: 100 mg 3×/j.
Contre-indications
Ulcère gastroduodénal évolutif, intolérance au fructose (cp. à sucer), phénylcétonurie (cp. à sucer à 200 mg); <2 ans.
