Thérapie
Indications
Hypertension intra-oculaire ou glaucome à angle ouvert en cas de réponse insuffisante aux bêtabloquants topiques ou aux analogues des prostaglandines.
Posologie
>18 ans: 1 gtte/j.
Contre-indications
Hyperréactivité bronchique, BPCO sévère, bradycardie sinusale, maladie du sinus, bloc sino-auriculaire, bloc AV II et III sans stimulateur cardiaque, insuffisance cardiaque manifeste, choc cardiogène; grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
