Indications
Hypertension pulmonaire primitive (NYHA III–IV).
Posologie
Inhalation avec nébuliseur (dose délivrée à l'embout buccal de 2,5 ou 5 µg sur 4–10 min).
>18 ans: au début 2,5 µg/inhalation, év. augmenter à 5 µg/inhalation, entretien (2,5–)5 µg/inhalation 5–6×/j.
>18 ans: au début 2,5 µg/inhalation, év. augmenter à 5 µg/inhalation, entretien (2,5–)5 µg/inhalation 5–6×/j.
Contre-indications
Hypertension pulmonaire liée à une obstruction veineuse ou à une BPCO, risque élevé d'hémorragies, coronaropathie sévère, angor instable, <6 mois après un infarctus du myocarde, insuffisance cardiaque décompensée non contrôlée, arythmies sévères, stase pulmonaire, <3 mois après un événement cérébrovasculaire, valvulopathie avec troubles de la fonction myocardique sans lien avec l'hypertension pulmonaire; procréation chez la femme, grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
