Cardiologie > Sympathomimétiques > Dobutamine
Indications
Maintien d'une circulation normale lors de bas débit cardiaque.
Posologie
Perf. i.v. après dilution dans NaCl 0,9%, glucose 5% ou Ringer lactate ou non dilué avec pompe à perf.
>18 ans: 2,5–10(–40) µg/kg/min.
<18 ans: «IPr».
>18 ans: 2,5–10(–40) µg/kg/min.
<18 ans: «IPr».
Contre-indications
Obstacle mécanique au remplissage et/ou à l'éjection ventriculaire, hypovolémie, tachyarythmie non contrôlée, asthme; allaitement.
