Indikation
Essentielle Thrombozythämie.
Dosierung
Immer mit dem Essen oder immer nüchtern (½ h vor oder 2 h nach dem Essen).
>18 J.: 2×tgl. 0,5 mg während min. 1 Wo., evtl. Tagesdosis wöchentlich um max. 0,5 mg erhöhen bis max. 10 mg/Tag, max. Einzeldosis: 2,5 mg.
<18 J.: 1×tgl. 0,5 mg während min. 1 Wo., evtl. Tagesdosis wöchentlich um max. 0,5 mg erhöhen bis max. 10 mg/Tag, max. Einzeldosis: 2,5 mg.
>18 J.: 2×tgl. 0,5 mg während min. 1 Wo., evtl. Tagesdosis wöchentlich um max. 0,5 mg erhöhen bis max. 10 mg/Tag, max. Einzeldosis: 2,5 mg.

Kontraindikation
Mässige oder schwere Leberinsuffizienz, mässige bis schwere Niereninsuffizienz (Clcr <50 ml/Min.), Laktoseintoleranz. Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit.
