Antineoplastika > Alkylierende Substanzen > Stickstofflost-Analoga
Indikation
M. Hodgkin, Non-Hodgkin-Lymphom, chronische lymphatische Leukämie, M. Waldenström.
Dosierung
Min. 1 h vor oder 3 h nach dem Essen.
M. Hodgkin: Erw., Jugendl., Kinder: 0,2 mg/kg/Tag als Monotherapie während 4–8 Wo.
Non-Hodgkin-Lymphom: Erw., Jugendl., Kinder: 0,1–0,2 mg/kg/Tag als Monotherapie während 4–8 Wo., Erhalt: reduziert oder intermittierend.
Chronische lymphatische Leukämie: Erw.: initial 0,15 mg/kg/Tag bis Leukozyten <10'000/mm3, dann 0,1 mg/kg/Tag; bei intermittierender Therapie höher.
M. Waldenström: Erw.: initial 6–12 mg tgl. bis Leukopenie, dann 2–8 mg tgl.
M. Hodgkin: Erw., Jugendl., Kinder: 0,2 mg/kg/Tag als Monotherapie während 4–8 Wo.
Non-Hodgkin-Lymphom: Erw., Jugendl., Kinder: 0,1–0,2 mg/kg/Tag als Monotherapie während 4–8 Wo., Erhalt: reduziert oder intermittierend.
Chronische lymphatische Leukämie: Erw.: initial 0,15 mg/kg/Tag bis Leukozyten <10'000/mm3, dann 0,1 mg/kg/Tag; bei intermittierender Therapie höher.
M. Waldenström: Erw.: initial 6–12 mg tgl. bis Leukopenie, dann 2–8 mg tgl.
Kontraindikation
Fortpflanzung beim Mann (bis 3 Mon. nach Therapie), Schwangerschaft (bis 6 Mon. nach Therapie), Stillzeit.
