Therapie
Parkinson-Therapeutika und andere Mittel gegen Dyskinesien > COMT-Hemmer
Indikation
M. Parkinson als Zusatz zu L-Dopa/Benserazid oder L-Dopa/Carbidopa bei fluktuierenden motorischen Symptomen und bei ungenügendem Ansprechen auf andere Therapien.
Dosierung
Unabhängig der Mahlzeiten.
>18 J.: 200 mg mit jeder Dosis L-Dopa/Benserazid oder L-Dopa/Carbidopa; max. 2 g tgl.

Kontraindikation
Leberinsuffizienz, malignes neuroleptisches Syndrom in der Anamnese, atraumatische Rhabdomyolyse in der Anamnese, Phäochromozytom, nicht selektive MAO-Hemmer-Therapie (ausser Selegilin bis 10 mg/Tag). Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit.
