Therapie
Lokalanästhetika > Lokalanästhetika > Lidocain
Indikation
Leitungs- und Infiltrationsanästhesie.
Dosierung
Erw.: max. Dosis: 4,5 mg/kg oder 300 mg.
Kinder: max. Dosis: 4,5 mg/kg (Lös. zu 5 mg/ml bzw. 10 mg/ml).
Kinder: max. Dosis: 4,5 mg/kg (Lös. zu 5 mg/ml bzw. 10 mg/ml).
Kontraindikation
Hypovolämie, akut dekompensierte Herzinsuffizienz, Herzblock, Erregungsleitungsstörungen, schwerer Schock, Myasthenia gravis, Geburtshilfe (>1%). Schwangerschaft «FI».
