Dermatika > Antipsoriatika > Vitamin-D-Derivate
Indikation
Psoriasis vulgaris.
Dosierung
Vor dem Schlafen.
>12 J.: 5 g tgl., evtl. während max. 8 Wo. bis 10 g tgl. auf max. 15% der Gesamthautfläche; bei Anwendung bis 18 Mon.: 2–3,5 g tgl. auf max. 10% der Gesamthautfläche; Salbe+Lotion gleichzeitig: total max. 70 g/Wo.

Kontraindikation
Psoriasis punctata, Psoriasis pustulosa, exfoliative Psoriasis erythrodermica, schwere Lebererkrankung, schwere Nierenerkrankung, schwere Herzerkrankung, Kalzium-Stoffwechselstörung. Stillzeit.
