Antianämika > Eisen
Indikation
Eisenmangel.
Dosierung
I.v. Inf.: Verdünnung in NaCl 0,9% und Infusionsdauer «FI»; max. Einzeldosis: 7 mg/kg 1×/Wo., max. 500 mg 1×/Wo.
I.v. Inj.: max. Einzeldosis: 200 mg über min. 10 Min.
Erw.: 100–200 mg 1–3×/Wo., benötigte Gesamtdosis «FI».
Kinder >3 J.: 3 mg/kg max. 3×/Wo., benötigte Gesamtdosis «FI».
I.v. Inj.: max. Einzeldosis: 200 mg über min. 10 Min.

Kontraindikation
Anämie ohne Eisenmangel, Eisenüberladung, Eisenverwertungsstörungen. Schwangerschaft (1. Trimenon; 2. und 3. Trimenon «FI»).
