Hypokaliämie bei Azidose.
Dosierung
Mit dem Essen, Tagesdosen >30 mmol in 2–4 Gaben.
Erhalt: > 18 J.: 40–80 mmol tgl.; max. 150 mmol tgl.
Therapie: >18 J.: 70–100 mmol tgl.; max. 150 mmol tgl.
Prophylaxe: >18 J.: 30–50 mmol tgl.; max. 150 mmol tgl.

Kontraindikation
Hyperkaliämie, Niereninsuffizienz, Oligurie, Hypoaldosteronismus, schwere Dehydratation, Magen-Darm-Ulzera, schwere Verbrennungen, gleichzeitig mit kaliumsparenden Diuretika.
