Dermatika > Antipsoriatika > Retinoide
Indikation
Erythrodermische oder pustulöse Psoriasis, schwere Verhornungsstörungen «FI».
Dosierung
Mit dem Essen oder Milch.
>18 J.: initial: 1×tgl. 25–30 mg während 2–4 Wo., dann 1×tgl. 25–50(–max. 75) mg für weitere 6–8 Wo.; Erhalt bei Verhornungsstörungen: max. 50 mg tgl.
Kinder, Jugendl.: 1×tgl. 0,5(–1) mg/kg, max. 35 mg tgl.
>18 J.: initial: 1×tgl. 25–30 mg während 2–4 Wo., dann 1×tgl. 25–50(–max. 75) mg für weitere 6–8 Wo.; Erhalt bei Verhornungsstörungen: max. 50 mg tgl.
Kinder, Jugendl.: 1×tgl. 0,5(–1) mg/kg, max. 35 mg tgl.
Kontraindikation
Schwere Leberinsuffizienz, schwere Niereninsuffizienz, Hyperlipidämie; gleichzeitig mit Retinoiden, Vitamin A, Tetrazyklinen und Methotrexat; Blutspende (bis 3 Jahre nach Therapie). Schwangerschaft (4 Wo. vor und bis 3 J. nach Therapie), Stillzeit (bis 3 J. nach Therapie).
