Therapie
Antiallergika > H 1 -Antihistaminika > Cetirizin
Indikation
Allergische Rhinitis, allergische Konjunktivitis und chronische idiopathische Urtikaria ab 6 J.; saisonale allergische Rhinitis ab 2 J.
Dosierung
Unabhängig der Mahlzeiten.
>12 J.: 1×tgl. 10 mg abends, evtl. 2×tgl. 5 mg.
6–12 J.: 1×tgl. 10 mg abends oder 2×tgl. 5 mg, während max. 4 Wo. bei saisonaler Rhinitis oder allergischer Konjunktivitis.
2–6 J.: 2×tgl. 2,5 mg. während max. 4 Wo.
>12 J.: 1×tgl. 10 mg abends, evtl. 2×tgl. 5 mg.
6–12 J.: 1×tgl. 10 mg abends oder 2×tgl. 5 mg, während max. 4 Wo. bei saisonaler Rhinitis oder allergischer Konjunktivitis.
2–6 J.: 2×tgl. 2,5 mg. während max. 4 Wo.
Kontraindikation
Terminale Niereninsuffizienz (Clcr <15 ml/Min.). Stillzeit.
