Antineoplastika > Andere Antineoplastika > Andere Antineoplastika
Indikation
Multiples Myelom ab 18 J. in Kombination mit Dexamethason nach min. 4 Therapielinien, refraktär gegen min. 2 Proteasom-Inhibitoren, 2 Immunmodulatoren und 1 monoklonalen Anti-CD38-Antikörper und mit Progression während der letzten Therapie.
Dosierung
Unabhängig der Mahlzeiten.
>18 J.: 80 mg an den Tagen 1 und 3 jeder Wo. in Kombination mit Dexamethason p.o. (Dexamethason: 20 mg an den Tagen 1 und 3 jeder Wo.).

Kontraindikation
Fortpflanzung beim Mann (bis min. 1 Wo. nach Therapie), Schwangerschaft (bis min. 1 Wo. nach Therapie), Stillzeit (bis 1 Wo. nach Therapie).
