Neuroleptika > Konventionelle Neuroleptika > Thioxanthene
Indikation
Akute und chronische Schizophrenien und andere Psychosen, schwere Konfusions- und Unruhezustände bei Arteriosklerose oder Oligophrenie.
Dosierung
In mehreren Gaben. Tropfen evtl. mit Wasser, Orangen- oder Apfelsaft mischen.
Akute Psychosen: >18 J.: 20–50 mg tgl., um 10(–20) mg alle 2–3 Tage steigern bis 75 mg tgl. oder mehr.
Chron. Psychosen: >18 J.: Erhalt 20–40 mg tgl.
Arteriosklerose: >18 J.: 2–6 mg tgl. spät am Tage, evtl. bis 10(–20) mg tgl. erhöhen.
Oligophrenie: >18 J.: 10–40 mg tgl.
Akute Psychosen: >18 J.: 20–50 mg tgl., um 10(–20) mg alle 2–3 Tage steigern bis 75 mg tgl. oder mehr.
Chron. Psychosen: >18 J.: Erhalt 20–40 mg tgl.
Arteriosklerose: >18 J.: 2–6 mg tgl. spät am Tage, evtl. bis 10(–20) mg tgl. erhöhen.
Oligophrenie: >18 J.: 10–40 mg tgl.
Kontraindikation
ZNS-Depression, komatöse Zustände. Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit. <18 J.
