Therapie
Lokalanästhetika > Lokalanästhetika > Bupivacain
Indikation
Leitungs- und Infiltrationsanästhesie, intraartikuläre Anästhesie, epidurale Dauerinf. zur postoperativen und geburtshilflichen Analgesie.
Dosierung
4% (40 mg/ml) Lös. immer mit NaCl 0,9% verdünnen.
>18 J.: individuell «FI»; Inj.: 25–50 mg/Min., max. Einzeldosis: 150(-175) mg, max. Tagesdosis: 400 mg; postoperative Dauerinf.: max. 3 Tage.

Kontraindikation
I.v. Regionalanästhesie, Parazervikalblockade. Schwangerschaft «FI».
