Episoden einer Major Depression: >18 J.: initial 1×tgl. 75 mg, evtl. nach frühestens 2 Wo. auf max. 1×tgl. 150 mg erhöhen, dann evtl. erhöhen in Abständen von (4 Tagen–)2 Wo. oder länger, max. 1×tgl. 375 mg.
Angststörungen/soziale Phobie: >18 J.: initial 1×tgl. 75 mg, dann evtl. frühestens alle 2 Wo. bis auf max. 1×tgl. 225 mg steigern.
Panikstörung: >18 J.: 1×tgl. 37,5 mg während 7 Tagen, dann 1×tgl. 75 mg, dann evtl. frühestens alle 2 Wo. bis auf max. 1×tgl. 225 mg steigern.
