BREVIER
Indikation
Nicht resezierbare oder metastasierte solide Tumoren mit NTRK-Genfusion ohne bekannte NTRK-Resistenzmutation bei fehlender Therapieoption oder bei Progression nach vorheriger Therapie.
Dosierung
>28 Tage: 2×tgl. 100 mg/m2 (max. 2×tgl. 100 mg) unabhängig der Mahlzeiten.
Kontraindikation
Fortpflanzung bei Mann und Frau (bis min. 1 Mon. nach Therapie), Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit (bis 3 Tage nach Therapie).
