Indikation
Psychomotorische Anfälle bei gemischter Epilepsie, Absenzen und psychomotorische Anfälle (2. Wahl.).
Dosierung
Mit dem Essen, in mehreren Gaben.
>18 J.: initial: 1 Kaps. tgl. während 1 Wo., evtl. Tagesdosis wöchentlich um 1 Kaps. erhöhen bis max. 4 Kaps. tgl.; Erhalt: 9,5–11(–max. 15) mg/kg tgl.

Kontraindikation
Hepatische Porphyrie, hämatologische Erkrankungen. Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit.
