Therapie
Analgetika/Antiphlogistika/Antirheumatika > Opioid-Analgetika > Pethidin
Indikation
Mittelstarke bis starke Schmerzen.
Dosierung
I.m., s.c.; i.v. Inj. über 1–2 Min. nach Verdünnung in 10 ml Glucose 10% oder NaCl 0,9%.
Übliche Dosierung
Erw.: s.c., i.m.: 50–150 mg alle 3–4 h; max. 500 mg tgl.
1–16 J.: s.c., i.m.: 1,1–1,8 mg/kg alle 3–4 h; alternativ: 175 mg/m2 tgl. in 6 Dosen; max. Einzeldosis: 100 mg.
Geburtsschmerzen
Erw.: s.c., i.m.: 50–100 mg alle 1–3 h; max. 500 mg tgl.

I.v. Inj.: Erw.: 50 mg alle 3–6 h; max. 500 mg tgl.
Kontinuierliche i.v. Inf.: Erw.: 15–35 mg/h; max. 500 mg tgl.

Kontraindikation
Chronische Ateminsuffizienz, Atemdepression, erhöhter Hirndruck, akutes Asthma, supraventrikuläre Tachykardie, Phäochromozytom, konvulsive Zustände, während und bis 14 Tage nach MAO-Hemmer-Therapie, akuter Alkoholismus, Delirium tremens, diabetische Azidose mit Komagefahr, schwere Lebererkrankungen, Hypothyroidismus, M. Addison. Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit. <1 J.
