Therapie
Indikation
Aminosäurenzufuhr bei parenteraler Ernährung ab 2 J.
Dosierung
Zentralvenöse Inf.; Aminosäurenbedarf ≥1,0 g/kg/Tag «FI».
>14 J.: 10–20 ml/kg/Tag (= 1–2 g Aminosäuren/kg/Tag), max. 1 ml/kg/h.
5–14 J.: 10 ml/kg/Tag (= 1 g Aminosäuren/kg/Tag), schwerkranke Kinder: evtl. bis 3 g Aminosäuren/kg/Tag; max. 1 ml/kg/h.
2–5 J.: 15 ml/kg/Tag (= 1,5 g Aminosäuren/kg/Tag), schwerkranke Kinder: evtl. bis 3 g Aminosäuren/kg/Tag; max. 1 ml/kg/h.
>14 J.: 10–20 ml/kg/Tag (= 1–2 g Aminosäuren/kg/Tag), max. 1 ml/kg/h.

Kontraindikation
Angeborene Aminosäurenstoffwechselstörungen, schwere Beeinträchtigung des Kreislaufs mit vitaler Bedrohung, Hypoxie, metabolische Azidose, schwere Leberinsuffizienz, schwere Niereninsuffizienz ohne Nierenersatztherapie, dekompensierte Herzinsuffizienz, akutes Lungenödem, Hyperhydratation. Stillzeit. <2 J.
