Rheumatoide Arthritis: >18 J.: initial 7,5 mg/Wo., evtl. um 2,5 mg/Wo. erhöhen, max. 25 mg/Wo.
Psoriasis: >18 J.: Testdosis von 5–10 mg parenteral 1 Wo. vor Therapie; initial 7,5 mg/Wo., evtl. schrittweise erhöhen bis max. 25(–30) mg/Wo.
Juvenile idiopathische Polyarthritis: 3–16 J.: nur bei Clcr >80 ml/Min.; s.c. oder i.m.: 10–15 mg/m2/Wo., evtl. auf 20 mg/m2/Wo. erhöhen.
Morbus Crohn: >18 J.: initial: 25 mg/Wo. s.c., Erhalt: 15 mg/Wo. s.c.
