Infundibilia > Infusionszusätze > Elektrolyte
Indikation
Hyponatriämie, Hypochlorämie, hypotone Hyperhydratation, metabolische Alkalose.
Dosierung
I.v. nur verdünnt oder als Zusatz zu Infusionslös. «FI».
Erw. ≤65 J.: Na-Bedarf: mmol Na = (Na-Sollwert - aktueller Na-Wert in mmol) × GKW (Körpergewicht × 0,5).
Erw. >65 J.: Na-Bedarf: mmol Na = (Na-Sollwert - aktueller Na-Wert in mmol) × GKW (Körpergewicht × 0,45).
Jugendl., Kinder: nur bei symptomatischer Hyponatriämie: Na-Bedarf: mmol Na = (Na-Sollwert - aktueller Na-Wert in mmol) × GKW (Körpergewicht × 0,6).

Kontraindikation
Hypernatriämie, Hyperchlorämie, Hypokaliämie, metabolische Azidose, isotone oder hypertone Hyperhydratation, Herzinsuffizienz, generalisierte Ödeme, Lungenödem, Hypertonie, Eklampsie.
