Soziale Phobie: 20 mg tgl., evtl. nach 3 Wo. Tagesdosis um max. 10 mg/Wo. erhöhen bis max. 50 mg tgl.
Panikstörungen: initial 10 mg tgl., Tagesdosis um 10 mg/Wo. erhöhen bis 40(–max. 60) mg tgl.
Generalisierte Angststörung, posttraumatische Belastungsstörung: 20 mg tgl., evtl. Tagesdosis um 10 mg/Wo. erhöhen bis max. 50 mg tgl.
