Therapie
Indikation
Hypotone Dehydratation, isotone Dehydratation, Hyponatriämie, Hypochlorämie, Flüssigkeitsersatz, kurzfristiger Volumenersatz, Trägerlösung, Unterhalt von venösen Zugängen.
Dosierung
I.v. Inf.
>18 J.: individuell, max. 40 ml/kg/Tag, mehr bei zusätzlichen Verlusten oder akutem Volumenmangel.
2–18 J.: individuell, bei schwerer Dehydratation initial 20 ml/kg als Bolus.

Kontraindikation
Hyperhydratation, Hypernatriämie, Hyperchlorämie, hypertone Dehydratation.
