Infundibilia > Infusionslösungen/Injektionslösungen > Glucoselösungen
Indikation
Glucosezufuhr, Kohlenhydratkomponente bei der parenteralen Ernährung, Hypoglykämie.
Dosierung
I.v. Inf. über einen Zentralvenenkatheter, max. 1,25 ml/kg/h.
>14 J.: individuell, max. 30 ml/kg/Tag (entsprechend max. 6 g Glucose/kg/Tag.)
<14 J.: «FI».

Kontraindikation
Hyperglykämie mit einem Insulinbedarf von >6 E/h, Delirium tremens mit Dehydratation, Schock, Kollaps, metabolische Azidose, Hyperhydratation, akute Herzinsuffizienz, Lungenödem.
