Therapie
Durchblutungsfördernde Mittel > Nimodipin
Indikation
Im Anschluss an eine Inf. Therapie von Nimotop: Prophylaxe (und Therapie) ischämischer neurologischer Defizite bei zerebralen Vasospasmen nach Subarachnoidalblutung aus Aneurysmen.
Dosierung
Unabhängig der Mahlzeiten.
>18 J.: 6×tgl. 2 Tabl. in Intervallen von 4 h während ca. 7 Tagen.
>18 J.: 6×tgl. 2 Tabl. in Intervallen von 4 h während ca. 7 Tagen.
Kontraindikation
Gleichzeitig mit Rifampicin, Phenobarbital, Phenytoin oder Carbamazepin. Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit.
