Therapie
Antineoplastika > Topoisomerase-Inhibitoren > Etoposid
Indikation
Kleinzelliges Lungenkarzinom, Keimzelltumor, M. Hodgkin, fortgeschrittene Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome, akute myeloische Leukämie; Reserveschemata bei einer Reihe anderer Malignome wie Chorionkarzinom, nicht-kleinzelligem Lungenkarzinom.
Dosierung
I.v. Inf. über 30–60 Min., Verdünnung in NaCl 0,9%, Glucose 5% oder Misch-Lösung (Endkonzentration: 0,2–0,4 mg/ml, System mit peristaltischer Pumpe: max. 0,2 mg/ml).
>18 J.: individuell, Monotherapie: 50–100 mg/m2/Tag an den Tagen 1–5 oder 100 mg/m2/Tag an den Tagen 1, 3 und 5 eines Zyklus von 3–4 Wo.

Kontraindikation
Schwangerschaft und Fortpflanzung beim Mann (bis 6 Mon. nach Therapie), Stillzeit.
