Therapie
Antidote > Benzodiazepin-Antagonisten
Indikation
Aufhebung der zentral dämpfenden Wirkung von Benzodiazepinen.
Dosierung
I.v. Inj. oder i.v. Inf. nach Verdünnung in Glucose 5% oder NaCl 0,9%.
Anästhesie
>18 J.: initial: 0,2 mg über 15 s, dann evtl. 0,1 mg alle 60 s, max. Gesamtdosis: 1 mg.
1–18 J.: initial: 0,01 mg/kg (max. 0,2 mg) über 15 s, evtl. nach 45 Sek. wiederholen, dann alle 60 s, max. Gesamtdosis: 0,05 mg/kg oder 1 mg.
Intensivpflege
>18 J.: initial 0,3 mg, dann evtl. weitere Dosen alle 60 s bis max. Gesamtdosis 2 mg, evtl. weiter mit einer Inf. von 0,1–0,4 mg/h.
Anästhesie
