Therapie und Prophylaxe von symptomatischen Hyperurikämien.
Dosierung
Nach dem Essen; Dosen >300 mg tgl.: in mehreren Gaben.
>15 J.: 100–900 mg tgl. oder 2–10 mg/kg/Tag, einschleichend dosieren.
<15 J.: nur Neoplasien und Lesch-Nyhan: 10–20 mg/kg/Tag; max. 400 mg tgl.
