Therapie
Indikation
Flüssigkeitsersatz bei nicht gestörtem Säure-Basen-Gleichgewicht oder leichter Azidose, isotonische oder hypotonische Dehydratation, Trägerlösung, Glukosezufuhr.
Dosierung
I.v. Inf.
Erw.: 30 ml/kg/Tag (9 ml/Min.), max.: 2 L/24 h; Glukosezufuhr: max. 0,5 g Glukose/kg/h oder 4(–6) g Glukose/kg/Tag.
Kinder und Jugendl. >20 kg: 60 ml/h + 1 ml/kg für jedes weitere kg >20 kg, max. Tagesdosis «FI».
10–20 kg: 40 ml/h + 2 ml/kg für jedes weitere kg >10 kg, max. Tagesdosis «FI».
>3 Mon. und <10 kg: 4 ml/kg/h, max. Tagesdosis «FI».
<3 Mon.: «FI».

Kontraindikation
Eingeschränkte Laktatverwertung mit Hyperlaktatämie, Hyperhydratation, schwere Niereninsuffizienz, dekompensierte Herzinsuffizienz, Therapie der schweren metabolischen Azidose, Hyperglykämie.
