Antiinfektiva > Antiparasitaria/Antiprotozoaria > Malariamittel
Indikation
Prophylaxe (≥11 kg) und Therapie (≥5 kg) der akuten, unkomplizierten Malaria mit P. falciparum.
Dosierung
Mit dem Essen oder mit Milch; Junior Tabl. evtl. vor Einnahme zerdrücken und mit Nahrungsmitteln oder einem Milchgetränk mischen.
Prophylaxe
1–2 Tage vor bis 7 Tage nach Exposition.
>40 kg: 1 Tabl. tgl.
31–40 kg: 1×tgl. 3 Tabl. Junior.
21–30 kg: 1×tgl. 2 Tabl. Junior.
11–20 kg: 1×tgl. 1 Tabl. Junior.
Therapie
Während 3 Tagen.
