Indikation
Progressiver prostataspezifischer Membranantigen-positiver metastasierter kastrationsresistenter Prostatakrebs nach Vorbehandlung mittels Inhibition des Androgenrezeptor-Signalwegs und Taxan-basierter Chemotherapie.
Dosierung
I.v. Inj. oder Inf. «FI».
>18 J.: 7400 MBq alle 6 Wo. (± 1 Wo.) bis max. 6 Dosen.
>18 J.: 7400 MBq alle 6 Wo. (± 1 Wo.) bis max. 6 Dosen.
Kontraindikation
Fortpflanzung beim Mann und Geschlechtsverkehr ohne Kondom (bis 14 Wo. nach Therapie), Frauen.
