BREVIER
Indikation
Mammakarzinom, Bronchialkarzinom, Weichteilsarkome, Knochensarkome, gynäkologische Karzinome, Blasenkarzinom, Hodenkarzinom, Schilddrüsenkarzinom, Synovialom, Ewing-Sarkom, Nephroblastom, Neuroblastom, Non-Hodgkin-Lymphom, M. Hodgkin, akute Lymphoblastenleukämie, akute Myeloblastenleukämie.
Dosierung
I.v. Inj. über 3–10 Min. (ausnahmsweise: i.v.-Inf. über 48–96 h, 24 h-Menge in 500–1000 ml NaCl 0,9% oder Gucose 5% verdünnen, Infusionsbeutel und -Set vor Licht schützen); max. kumulative Dosis: 550 mg/m2 (400 mg/m2 falls Bestrahlung im Mediastinalbereich).
Monotherapie: 75 mg/m2 alle 3 Wo.
Monotherapie bei vorbehandelten Patienten, Kombination: 30–60 mg/m2 alle 3 Wo.
Hämopathie: 0,6 mg/kg/Tag während 3 Tagen oder 0,8 mg/kg/Tag während 2 Tagen, in Abständen von min. 10 Tagen wiederholen.
Kontraindikation
Knochenmarksdepression, schwere Leberfunktionsstörung, schwere Herzinsuffizienz, akute Myokarditis, frischer Herzinfarkt, schwere Arrhythmie, floride Infektion, Behandlung mit kumulativ max. Dosen von Anthrazyklinen, Hämaturie. Fortpflanzung beim Mann (bis 3,5 Mon. nach Therapie), Schwangerschaft (bis 6,5 Mon. nach Therapie), Stillzeit (bis 10 Tage nach Therapie).
