Induktion: 0,5–1 mg/kg über 1–5 Min.; >55 J.: evtl. tiefere Dosierung.
Erhalt: 1,5–4,5 mg/kg/h, evtl. zusätzlich 10–20 mg als Bolus für eine rasche Vertiefung der Sedation; >55 J.: evtl. tiefere Dosierung.
1 Monat–18 Jahre
Induktion: 1–2 mg/kg über min. 1 Min.
Erhalt: 1,5–9 mg/kg/h; evtl. zusätzl. 1 mg/kg als Bolus für eine rasche Vertiefung der Sedation.
Sedation auf der Intensivstation
16–55 J.: i.v. Inf. 0,3–4,0 mg/kg/h oder TCI Zielkonzentration: 0,2–2 µg/ml; >55 J.: tiefere Dosen.
Allgemeinanästhesie: «FI».
