Magenkarzinom, Mammakarzinom: 18–65 J.: 6–12 mg/m2 alle 3–4 Wo. als i.v. Bolus oder Inf. in Kombination mit anderen Zytostatika.
Postoperative Monotherapie des Magenkarzinoms: 18–65 J.: 20 mg/m2 als i.v. Inf. in 1 oder mehreren Gaben alle 6–8 Wo.
