Alzheimer-Therapeutika > NMDA-Antagonisten
Indikation
Mittelschwere bis schwere Alzheimer-Krankheit (MMSE 3–19).
Dosierung
Unabhängig der Mahlzeiten.
>18 J.: 1. Wo.: 1×tgl. 5 mg, 2. Wo.: 1×tgl. 10 mg, 3. Wo.: 1×tgl. 15 mg, ab der 4. Wo.: 1×tgl. 20 mg; max. 20 mg tgl.
