Therapie
Indikation
Akuttherapie und Rezidivprophylaxe der Colitis ulcerosa.
Dosierung
Mit dem Essen, Tabl. evtl. in Wasser dispergieren.
Akuter Schub
>12 J.: max. 4 g tgl. in 2–4 Dosen.
2–12 J.: 30 mg/kg/Tag, max. 2 g tgl.
Prophylaxe
>12 J.: 3×tgl. ½ Tabl. 500 mg.
2–12 J.: ½ Dosis der akuten Phase.
Akuter Schub
>12 J.: max. 4 g tgl. in 2–4 Dosen.
