>10 J.: 3–4×tgl. 15 ml, max. 5×tgl. 20 ml.
3–10 J.: 2–3×tgl. 15 ml, max. 5×tgl. 15 ml.
½–3 J.: 3–6×tgl. 5 ml, max. 5×tgl. 10 ml.
<½ J.: 2–3×tgl. 5 ml.
