Zusatztherapie (2–18 J.): 1. Wo. 1–3 mg/kg/Tag abends (max. 25 mg), Tagesdosis alle 1–2 Wo. um 1–3 mg/kg erhöhen (in 2 Gaben aufteilen), Erhalt 5–9 mg/kg/Tag.
Monotherapie (>18 J.): 1. Wo. 25 mg tgl. abends, Tagesdosis alle 1–2 Wo. um 25–50 mg erhöhen (in 2 Gaben aufteilen), Erhalt 100(–max. 500) mg tgl.
