Therapie
Alzheimer-Therapeutika > NMDA-Antagonisten
Indikation
Mittelschwere bis schwere Alzheimer-Krankheit (MMSE 3–19).
Dosierung
Unabhängig der Mahlzeiten.
>18 J.: 1. Wo.: 1×tgl. 5 mg, 2. Wo.: 1×tgl. 10 mg, 3. Wo.: 1×tgl. 15 mg, ab der 4. Wo.: 1×tgl. 20 mg; max. 20 mg tgl.
>18 J.: 1. Wo.: 1×tgl. 5 mg, 2. Wo.: 1×tgl. 10 mg, 3. Wo.: 1×tgl. 15 mg, ab der 4. Wo.: 1×tgl. 20 mg; max. 20 mg tgl.

Teilbar in 2 Teile
Kontraindikation
Gleichzeitig mit Dextromethorphan. Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit.

Zu Therapiebeginn Durchführung z.B. eines Minimentaltests. Erste Zwischenevaluation nach 3 Monaten, dann alle 6 Monate.
Zur Behandlung von Alzheimer-Patienten, deren MMSE1)-Werte bei Therapiebeginn zwischen 3 und bis 19 Punkten liegen.
Falls die MMSE-Werte unter 3 Punkten liegen, ist die Behandlung abzubrechen. Die Behandlung kann nur mit einem Präparat durchgeführt werden.
1) mini mental status examination
Zur Behandlung von Alzheimer-Patienten, deren MMSE1)-Werte bei Therapiebeginn zwischen 3 und bis 19 Punkten liegen.
