Therapie
Antiinfektiva > Antibiotika > Clindamycin
Indikation
Infektionen durch empfindliche anaerobe Bakterien und grampositive aerobe Bakterien, insbesondere Bacteroides-Arten, mikroaerophile Streptokokken, Staphylokokken und Pneumokokken.
2. Wahl bei Aids-Patienten: Toxoplasmose-Enzephalitis (Kombination mit Pyrimethamin), Pneumocystis jirovecii Pneumonie (Kombination mit Primaquin).

Dosierung
I.m. Inj.: unverdünnt, max. Einzeldosis: 600 mg; i.v. Inf.: max. 12 mg/ml, max. 30 mg/Min., max. 1200 mg pro einmalige einstündige Inf.; Kurzinf. + Dauerinfusion: «FI».
Erwachsene
Schwere Infektionen: 1200–1800 mg tgl. in 2–4 Gaben.
Sehr schwere Infektionen, intraabdominal, Becken: 2400–2700(–4800) mg tgl. in 2–4 Gaben.
Kombinationstherapien: «FI».
Kinder >1 Monat
Schwere Infektionen: 20 mg/kg/Tag in 2–4 Gaben.
Sehr schwere Infektionen, intraabdominal, Becken: 25–40 mg/kg/Tag in 2–4 Gaben.
Erwachsene
Schwere Infektionen: 1200–1800 mg tgl. in 2–4 Gaben.
Sehr schwere Infektionen, intraabdominal, Becken: 2400–2700(–4800) mg tgl. in 2–4 Gaben.
