Indikation
Abstossungsprophylaxe nach Nierentransplantation in Kombination mit Ciclosporin und Kortikosteroiden.
Dosierung
Unabhängig der Mahlzeiten.
>18 J.: 2×tgl. 720 mg, innerhalb von 48 h nach der Transplantation beginnen.
Kontraindikation
Laktose-Intoleranz, Galaktose-Intoleranz. Geschlechtsverkehr ohne Kondom bei Männern, inkl. nach Vasektomie, und ohne Kontrazeption ihrer Partnerinnen (bis min. 90 Tage nach Therapie), Schwangerschaft (bis 6 Wo. nach Therapie), Stillzeit.
