Wöchentliches Schema (alternativ bei engmaschiger Nachbeobachtung): >18 J.: 1×/Wo. 125 mg/m2 als i.v. Inf. über 90 Min. während 4 Wo., dann 2 Wo. Pause.
Kombination: Cetuximab 1×/Wo. min. 1 h vor Irinotecan-Inf.
Kombinationstherapie mit 5-FU/Folinsäure, mit oder ohne Bevacizumab
5-FU/Folinsäure, Bevacizumab «FI»; homozygote Träger der UGT1A1x28- oder der UGT1A1x6-Variante «FI».
Wöchentliches Schema: >18 J.: 1×/Wo. 80 mg/m2 während 6 Wo., dann 1 Wo. Pause.
2-Wochen-Schema: >18 J.: 180 mg/m2 alle 2 Wo.
