Antidepressiva > Serotonin-Antagonist und Wiederaufnahme-Hemmer
Indikation
Depressionen mit oder ohne Angststörung.
Dosierung
In 1 Gabe vor dem Schlafen, Dosen ≥200 mg tgl. in 2 Gaben nach dem Essen.
>18 J.: initial 50–100 mg tgl., evtl. bis 300 mg tgl. erhöhen; stationär: bis 600 mg tgl. in mehreren Gaben.
Ältere oder geschwächte Patienten: initial 50 mg tgl., evtl. bis max. 300 mg tgl. erhöhen.

Kontraindikation
Akuter Herzinfarkt, Alkoholintoxikation, Hypnotika-Intoxikation, Glucose-Galaktose-Malabsorption, Fruktose-Intoleranz, Saccharase-Isomaltase-Mangel. Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit. <18 J.
