Therapie
Narkosemittel > Parenterale Anästhetika > Propofol
Indikation
Einleitung und Erhalt einer Vollnarkose ab 6 Mon., kurzzeitige Sedierung bei chirurgischen und diagnostischen Verfahren ab 1 Mon., Sedierung bei Beatmung auf der Intensivstation ab 16 J.
Dosierung
10 mg/ml Lös.: i.v. Inj. (evtl. mit Lidocain mischen) oder Inf., evtl. verdünnen «FI», Endkonzentration ≥2 mg/ml; 20 mg/ml Lös.: nur i.v. Inf.
Kurzzeitige Sedierung bei chirurgischen/diagnostischen Verfahren
>18 Jahre
Induktion: 0,5–1 mg/kg über 1–5 Min.; >55 J.: evtl. tiefere Dosierung.
Erhalt: 1,5–4,5 mg/kg/h, evtl. zusätzlich 10–20 mg als Bolus für eine rasche Vertiefung der Sedation; >55 J.: evtl. tiefere Dosierung.
1 Monat–18 Jahre
Induktion: 1–2 mg/kg über min. 1 Min. (<3 J.: nur 10 mg/ml Lös.).
Erhalt: 1,5–9 mg/kg/h (<3 J.: nur 10 mg/ml Lös.); evtl. zusätzl. 1 mg/kg (mit 10 mg/ml Lös.) als Bolus für eine rasche Vertiefung der Sedation.
Sedation auf der Intensivstation
16–55 J.: i.v. Inf. 0,3–4,0 mg/kg/h; >55 J.: tiefere Dosen.
Allgemeinanästhesie: «FI».
Kurzzeitige Sedierung bei chirurgischen/diagnostischen Verfahren
>18 Jahre
Induktion: 0,5–1 mg/kg über 1–5 Min.; >55 J.: evtl. tiefere Dosierung.
Erhalt: 1,5–4,5 mg/kg/h, evtl. zusätzlich 10–20 mg als Bolus für eine rasche Vertiefung der Sedation; >55 J.: evtl. tiefere Dosierung.
