Indikation
Kaliumzufuhr bei Alkalose.
Dosierung
I.v. Inf. als Zusatz zu Infusionslös.
Erwachsene
Kaliämie >2,5 mmol/l: max. 200 mmol K+ tgl., max. 40 mmol K+/l Inf. Lös., max. 10 mmol/h.
Kaliämie <2,0 mmol/l: max. 400 mmol K+ tgl., max. 80 mmol K+/l Inf. Lös., max. 40 mmol/h.
Kinder
3 mmol/kg/Tag oder 40 mmol/m2/Tag.
Erwachsene
Kaliämie >2,5 mmol/l: max. 200 mmol K+ tgl., max. 40 mmol K+/l Inf. Lös., max. 10 mmol/h.

Kontraindikation
Oligoanurie, Hyperkaliämie, Hyperchlorämie, Niereninsuffizienz, unbehandelte Nebennierenrindeninsuffizienz, Azidose, schwere Dehydratation.
