Therapie
Hustenmittel/Mukolytika > Expektoranzien/Mukolytika > Acetylcystein
Indikation
Erkältungshusten mit übermässiger Schleimbildung.
Dosierung
Gran./Brausetabl. in 1 Glas kaltem oder heissem Wasser auflösen.
>12 J.: 600 mg tgl. in 1 oder 3 Gaben.
2–12 J.: 3×tgl. 100 mg.
>12 J.: 600 mg tgl. in 1 oder 3 Gaben.
2–12 J.: 3×tgl. 100 mg.
Kontraindikation
Aktives peptisches Ulkus, Fruktose-Intoleranz (Lutschtabl.), Phenylketonurie (Lutschtabl. zu 200 mg). <2 J.
